Wigwam eG is a self-organized cooperative and communication agency that has been committed to a just and ecological society since its founding in 2009. After a transformation from a UG (2009) and a GmbH (2013), Wigwam was officially established as a cooperative (eG) in August 2016[1].

Wigwam eG offers a variety of services aimed at promoting effective communication and sustainable change. The main services include:

• Brand and Brand Strengthening: Wigwam supports the development of a clear brand positioning and fundamental design elements to enable long-term effective communication[2].

This democratic approach is reflected in the self-organization and the desired salary model, where each person states their desired salary and the gross salary is calculated proportionally[1].
• Ecological and Social Responsibility: Wigwam is committed to the transition to an ecological and just society and exclusively supports clients from the third sector and with a social focus[5].
• Education and Events: The cooperative organizes events and academies, such as the Wigwam Summer Academy, to share knowledge and experiences and promote change[1].

Wigwam eG remains dynamic and innovative. Current developments include the introduction of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in 2023 and the resumption of office weeks after the Corona pandemic to strengthen community and direct contact among members[1].
