Wicker Gesundheit & Pflege is a future-oriented association of clinics and nursing and care facilities headquartered in Bad Wildungen. The association specializes in rehabilitation and care in Hessen and Thüringen.

• Specialist Clinics: The association includes several specialist clinics, including the Neurologische Klinik Westend, which specializes in neurological rehabilitation. Other facilities offer oncology, hematology and other medical specialties.
• Nursing and Care Facilities: In addition to the clinics, the association also includes nursing homes and senior citizens' homes that specialize in the care of people with brain damage and dementia.

The association offers various apprenticeships, including healthcare administrator and nursing specialist. The training is accompanied by qualified specialists who act as mentors.
