These offerings are available both on-site at the Herbert-Wehner-Haus in Dresden and in hybrid or online formats.
- Educational and Memorial Site Trips: The educational trips and memorial site visits aim to illuminate historical contexts and shed light on current developments. Special emphasis is placed on visiting memorial sites, such as the Ravensbrück Memorial, to make the past comprehensible and to underscore the importance of a culture of remembrance.

The Friends' Circle of the Herbert-Wehner-Bildungswerk, established in 1997, supports the work of the educational institution and has over 500 members across Germany.
Sustainability and Initiatives
editThe educational institution is committed to sustainable and long-term promotion of democracy. Through the establishment of the Herbert-und-Greta-Wehner-Stiftung in 2003, the private estate of Herbert Wehner is managed, and further initiatives for a culture of remembrance and democratic education are supported. Additionally, in spring/summer 2024, the podcast "Conversations at Wehners" was launched, addressing political and historical topics at a historical location.
