Vision Hope International e.V.

Vision Hope International e.V. is a German-based NGO dedicated to providing emergency and long-term, holistic development aid in conflict-affected regions, particularly in the Middle East.

• Emergency aid: We provide immediate aid in crisis situations such as wars, earthquakes and famines to meet vital needs.
• Long-term development: Our focus is on sustainable projects that strengthen the self-help capacity of communities, such as promoting education, supporting women's rights and restoring infrastructure.
• Women's empowerment: We are particularly committed to empowering women by conducting workshops and training courses that emphasise their rights and their role in peace processes.
• Education: We create safe learning environments, provide clean water and essential resources to support children and young people in their development.

Our mission is to create hope and perspectives in regions affected by war and crisis. We believe that community-oriented interventions can transform the world into one where wars no longer destroy communities and individuals. Our values are based on the belief that empowered people can change the world. Transparency and efficiency are central aspects of our work, as 98% of our donations go directly to our projects.

• Sustainable peace efforts: We combine emergency and reconstruction aid with long-term development to promote lasting peace efforts.
• Community-oriented projects: Our projects are aimed at strengthening the communities themselves and promoting their capacity for self-help.
• Women's rights and gender equality: Through our workshops and training, we help women know their rights and actively participate in peace processes.
• Education and Health: We invest in the education and health of the next generation to ensure a better future for the children in the regions we support.

We work closely with local and international organisations, government authorities and community groups to achieve our goals. e Yemen NGO Round Table, which we co-founded, serves as a platform for the networking of German humanitarian organisations to strengthen cooperation and joint action in Yemen.
