• Lantern Parade: An annual light parade organized by the parent representatives of the KITA Tausendfüßler, supported by musical accompaniment such as the Fanfarenzug Potsdam.
• St. Nicholas Market: A winter market taking place on November 30, 2024, featuring a rich array of local products and entertainment.
• Workshops: Regular workshops, such as the Advent wreath crafting workshop, where participants can create their own decorations.
• Movement Offers: Cooperative projects like "Nature Training – Bewegung Naturelle" in collaboration with "Potsdam in Bewegung – ADD Akademie," aimed at parents with children aged 6 and older and other interested parties.
• Cultural Events: Events like the "Lottenschwof," a dance event with food and drinks, taking place at the Lottenhof.

The Stadtteilnetzwerk is engaged in various sustainable projects and initiatives:

• Renovation and Maintenance of the Lottenhof: Regular actions to winterize the Lottenhof and improve the infrastructure.
• Cooperations with Local Institutions: Collaboration with educational institutions such as the Neue Gesamtschule Potsdam to strengthen connections and initiate joint projects.
• Citizen Participation: Active involvement of citizens in decision-making processes and events to foster a strong sense of community.
