Main mission and values
editOur priority is clearly on the people. We strive to create security and a safe environment for over 1500 seniors through well-organized processes, innovative care approaches, and satisfied employees. Our philosophy is based on the continuous improvement of care conditions and quality, which is ensured by the Medical Service of the Nursing Care Funds and the home supervision authority, as well as by our own comprehensive quality assurance system.
Sustainability goals and initiatives
editThe interests of the residents are represented by home advisory councils or home advocates, with the aim of securing, improving, and constantly adapting the care and nursing quality to the latest findings in nursing science. Senior employees of the gGmbH are active in nationwide committees to expand their knowledge and contribute their own experiences to the future design of elderly care.
Employer and social responsibility
editAs one of the largest employers in the city of Leipzig, we bear the responsibility for about 1250 employees, including managers, nursing service managers, nursing staff, trainees, administrative staff, caretakers, kitchen and housekeeping staff, occupational and employment therapists, as well as other important professional groups. Our social responsibility is reflected in our close ties to the community and our commitment to the needs of the older generation.
