editThe SozDia Stiftung Berlin, founded on October 4, 1990, is a social diaconal organization that is engaged in the areas of child, youth, family, and community work, as well as in social psychiatric assistance and emergency housing support. With over 650 employees in around 53 facilities and projects, the foundation works to shape the lives of people in and around Berlin.

editThe SozDia Stiftung includes three subsidiaries:
- Sozialdiakonische Arbeit Berlin GmbH: Here, there are projects providing support for youth and families.
- Sozialdiakonische Arbeit Lichtenberg-Oberspree GmbH: This company focuses on day care for children.
- SozDia Jugendhilfe, Bildung und Arbeit GmbH: Here, projects for youth and family assistance as well as work and qualification are offered.
The foundation offers a wide range of services, including child day care, school, educational support, community work, children and youth clubs, work and qualification, as well as emergency housing support and social psychiatric assistance[1][2][3].
