On Purpose
Our mission is SYSTEM CHANGE. We want to transform our economy and help people find their place in this transformation.
Within our 1-year program, we offer our participants from various interdisciplinary fields the chance to become part of the impact sector. In doing so, our associates can gain experience in two different partner organizations with exciting projects.
At the same time, they are supported throughout the year by coaches, mentors, and trainers who help them develop personally and professionally.
Our community consists of an incredible number of motivated people who support each other in addressing the most pressing challenges of our time.
