MentorMe is a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional satisfaction and development of women. The mission of MentorMe is to pave the way for ambitious women in entering and advancing in their careers, as well as to support their positioning or reorientation in their professions. MentorMe offers a comprehensive program consisting of several key components:

• Individual Mentoring: Mentees are matched with experienced mentors who have at least 5 years of professional experience in their field. Regular mentoring sessions (at least 1 hour per month) support the mentees in achieving their professional goals[2][3].

• Practical Training: The program includes over 220 events, training sessions, and workshops per year, focusing on key soft skills such as personal branding, persuasive presentation, leading teams, winning salary negotiations, and more[2][3].

• Networking: MentorMe hosts numerous online and offline events that enable participants to network and learn from experts in various industries. The community includes 22 thematic groups for specific concerns such as applicants, Women of Color, founders, and freelancers[2][3].

MentorMe is strongly committed to promoting women and creating equal opportunities:
