Lumoview Building Analytics GmbH is an innovative company that specializes in the digital transformation and energy optimization of buildings. Founded in February 2019 as a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and based in Cologne, Germany, Lumoview has made it its mission to simplify and accelerate the complexity of building analysis.

Lumoview offers a revolutionary method for the digitization of buildings that takes only 2 seconds per room. This super-fast and automated measurement allows for the creation of accurate floor plans, 3D models, and 3D visualizations, including a room directory. The data can be seamlessly integrated into digital building management systems (BIM, CAFM, ERP), significantly speeding up and reducing the costs of traditional manual measurement and analysis[2][4][5].

The main mission of Lumoview is to reduce energy consumption in buildings and thereby lower CO2 emissions. Since about 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions are attributed to buildings, Lumoview sees enormous potential to achieve the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement.
