The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconal organization that has been supporting people in need since its founding in 1875. With a comprehensive network of services and offerings in the areas of care, psychiatry, addiction support, and participation, the Landesverein provides individual support for people with different needs.

• Care: Nursing homes for the elderly, assisted living facilities for seniors, day care, and rehabilitation.
• Psyche: Psychiatric hospitals, day clinics, and outpatient clinics.
• Addiction Support: Addiction support centers, specialized clinics, and social therapeutic rehabilitation.
• Participation: Residential and workshop facilities for people with disabilities as well as assistance services.
