
Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft Mädchen*arbeit in NRW e.V. (LAGM*A NRW) is a statewide network and specialist center in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is dedicated to intersectional MINTA-work and critical MINTA-politics, aiming to promote and support girls*, inter*, non-binary, trans*, and agender individuals (MINTA). The organization adopts an intersectional and power-critical approach in its mission. Services include M* Politik (policy work), Beratung & Qualifizierung (consultation and training), Vernetzung (networking), and Publikationen (publications). A significant partnership exists with the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Flight and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. LAGM*A NRW operates offices in Wuppertal and Cologne.
