kobra.net, a non-profit GmbH based in Potsdam, Brandenburg, is a project network that has been committed to improving educational quality and promoting cooperation processes in education since 2001. Founded as part of WIBB GmbH, a provider of independent youth services, kobra.net became an independent GmbH in 2012 with WIBB as the sole shareholder.

Our main mission is to ensure that all people, especially children and young people, receive the best educational opportunities. We work politically neutral and interdenominationally to develop cross-departmental and partnership-based solutions that improve educational quality at the state level, in municipalities, and in local institutions. Our values are based on appreciation, transparency, and a coordinated, flexible, and reflective approach.

• Consulting and Process Support: We offer strategy, concept, and process consulting, moderation, and networking to support those responsible in education, youth services, public administrations, and businesses.
• Training and Qualification: Through the kobra.net Institute, we qualify teams and leaders in methods of cooperation, participation, and multi-professional collaboration.
• Expert Impulses and Events: We organize expert events, workshops, and conferences to promote the transfer of knowledge and experiences from science and practice.
• Project Management and Funding Administration: We have many years of experience in funding management and the awarding of contracts from public and private funds.

kobra.net is involved in various initiatives and projects to shape a future-oriented educational landscape:

• Regional Development Agency for Municipal Educational Management (REAB): As part of the nationwide specialist network of the Transfer Initiative Municipal Educational Management, we support districts and independent cities in Brandenburg in developing their educational landscapes until 2028.
• State Cooperation Office School – Youth Services (LSJ): We organize educational conferences and workshops to address topics such as child protection in schools and support schools in developing their protection concepts.
• Practical Career Orientation: We present projects that familiarize students with various professional fields and promote their career orientation.
• Service Center - Student Companies: We support student companies in their establishment and operation, particularly through close collaboration with regional businesses.
