Klubtalent is an innovative "For-Purpose Organization" aimed at professionalizing and sustainably strengthening sports clubs in Germany. Founded with the vision of supporting no less than 10,000 clubs by 2027, Klubtalent is committed to helping clubs realize their full potential and create a positive change in their community.

Klubtalent offers comprehensive coaching programs tailored to the individual needs of each club. These programs include:

• Main Staff-ready Program: A 9-month program that supports clubs in financing, selecting the right person, recruiting members, and implementing professional structures[5].
