KLM Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG is an innovative company specializing in the planning and development of modern and individual photovoltaic ground-mounted systems in Germany. With our headquarters in Leipzig, we work closely with Enerparc AG, one of the largest solar plant operators in Europe.

Our interdisciplinary team, consisting of architects, engineers, geographers, urban and regional planners, as well as office managers, brings specialized expertise and core competencies to successfully handle every planning task. Our services include:

• Feasibility Studies: We conduct detailed studies to assess the suitability of areas for photovoltaic systems.
• Project Development: From site acquisition to permit planning, we take on all steps of project development.
• Design and Approval Planning: We are responsible for the legal classification and management of the process, including coordination with specialist planners and approval authorities.

Our mission is to actively shape the energy transition by developing modern and innovative solar systems. We place great importance on the professional and efficient execution of our projects. Our quality management system ensures compliance with high standards in every planning phase and during construction supervision. The ongoing alignment with the requirements for function, construction, and use is an essential part of our planning process.

KLM Projektentwicklung is strongly committed to promoting sustainable energy generation. We plan and develop photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of about 200 megawatts annually. So far, we have planned and implemented over 150 photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of over one gigawatt. Through our work, we significantly contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and the achievement of Germany's climate policy goals.

Our close partnership with Enerparc AG enables us to ensure comprehensive project execution from planning to commissioning and operation of the solar parks. Enerparc AG takes care of the technical planning, construction, grid connection, financing and sales services, as well as the operation of the photovoltaic systems.
