The Kinderresidenz in Bad Soden am Taunus is an innovative and non-profit care facility that has been providing professional and loving care to children from six months to school entry since its opening in September 2006. The sponsor of this facility is the Gesellschaft zur Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf gGmbH, under the direction of Nina Anliacik and Julia Gleißner.
The Kinderresidenz relies on an individual pedagogical concept that is oriented towards the needs of each individual child. The facility offers both crèche and kindergarten places in mixed-age groups, which promotes balanced social interaction. A maximum of 20 children are cared for in the crèche, while up to 25 children play and learn in a group in the kindergarten. The care is provided by qualified specialists who support the children in their growth and interests, and accompany them in their development into independent personalities.
A central concern of the Kinderresidenz is to support working parents, which is why the care times are flexible from Monday to Friday. The facility attaches great importance to close cooperation with the parents in order to create a feeling of security and trust. The daily routine offers a mixture of structured activities such as singing circles, shared breakfasts and excursions, which promote contact with nature and give the children the opportunity to actively discover their surroundings.
Sustainability and environmental protection are also important values of the Kinderresidenz. Regular excursions into nature are part of the pedagogical concept to give children an awareness of their environment. The nearby Kurpark and nature are used as a learning and experience space. Through play and exploration, the children learn how important nature is and learn to treat it with respect.
The Kinderresidenz is not only a place of care, but also a space for individual learning and social interaction. Here, children are encouraged in their curiosity and creativity and receive the support they need to develop.
