Kath. Kindergarten St. Stephan

The Kath. Kindergarten St. Stephan, nestled in the Catholic parish of St. Stephan, offers children aged 3 to 6 a place of education, upbringing and care. In three age-mixed groups, dedicated pedagogical specialists work to promote a holistic development of the children.

The kindergarten is based on the Bayerischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplan (Bavarian Education and Upbringing Plan) and places particular emphasis on the communication of Christian values such as respect for life, charity, faith and trust. Each child is treated as a unique creation of God with respect and appreciation.

The pedagogical work aims to build a trusting relationship with each child, to take their needs and feelings seriously and to give them orientation and security. Through clear boundaries and rules in social interaction, the children experience community and are supported in discovering their world.

An open and cooperative partnership with the parents is an important concern for the Kath. Kindergarten St. Stephan. It sees itself as a companion for children and parents on an important section of their life path.
