    The Institut für Bildungscoaching is a provider of further education in the field of adult education and was founded in 2009. From its headquarters in Leipzig, a team of 8 employees organizes and supervises approximately 200 seminars annually in presence and E-Learning. The seminar offerings include 56 different further education programs in ten areas:

    The Institut für Bildungscoaching has social responsibility firmly anchored in its mission statement. The institute's further education programs are embedded in areas of professional and working life where social responsibility is lived and conveyed. Furthermore, the institute advocates for an open, pluralistic, and democratic society, as well as associated values such as diversity, equality, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, minority protection, and the rule of law. Ecological and sustainable action is also part of the institute's self-understanding.
