The Handwerkskammer Lübeck is a central service and competence center for skilled crafts in southern Schleswig-Holstein. It represents the interests of approximately 20,000 member companies and offers comprehensive support in the areas of Ausbildung, Weiterbildung, Existenzgründung and betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung.

• Ausbildung und Weiterbildung: The Handwerkskammer offers a wide range of training and further education measures, including inter-company apprentice instruction and master craftsman courses.
• Beratung und Unterstützung: It supports craft businesses in starting up and offers business management advice.
• Innovation und Technologie: The chamber promotes digitization and innovation in the skilled crafts through specialized advisory centers.

The mission of the Handwerkskammer Lübeck is to strengthen the skilled crafts in the region and to represent the interests of its members. It attaches great importance to Qualität, Innovation and Nachhaltigkeit.

The Handwerkskammer is committed to sustainable practices in the skilled crafts and offers events and workshops on topics such as Energieeffizienz and Umweltmanagement. It also promotes the Freiwillige Handwerksjahr, which trains young people in various craft professions.

The Handwerkskammer is currently launching a nationwide campaign under the motto "Wir können alles, was kommt" to emphasize the future viability of the skilled crafts. In addition, the internship bonus in Schleswig-Holstein will be continued to inspire students for the skilled crafts.
