Inclusive Peace is an organization dedicated to promoting peace and inclusion in societies worldwide. Our vision is that all countries are on the path to peaceful and inclusive societies.

Our mission is to inspire, support, and connect local people and organizations at critical points on their journey towards more inclusive societies. We focus on removing existing barriers and overcoming resistance to achieve inclusive and equitable outcomes. This is done by supporting local peacebuilders and promoting processes that ensure the participation of all societal groups[1][3].

• Civil Society and Peace Processes: We analyze and support the role of civil society in various peace and transition processes.
• National Dialogues: We contribute to improving the understanding of the conditions under which national dialogues are effective and sustainable.
• Reconciliation and Social Cohesion: We support local and global reconciliation efforts and integrate reconciliation into international peace education[3].

Inclusive Peace advocates for sustainable peace education based on inclusion and justice. Our work focuses on ensuring that governments are inclusive across ethnic, national, and religious divides, which is crucial for the durability of peace. We promote the participation of women and other marginalized groups in peace processes, which has been shown to reduce the risk of peace agreement failure by 64%[4][5].
