hpkj e.V. is a non-denominational social organization with 20 locations in Munich, dedicated for over 30 years to the care and support of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. The association supports over 350 young people, regardless of whether they have a refugee background or not.

• Child and Youth Welfare: hpkj offers a variety of services, including partially or fully supervised living groups, outpatient educational support, semi-residential therapeutic day care centers, and crisis intervention. These services are provided based on the Child and Youth Welfare Act (SGB VIII) and in close cooperation with the responsible youth welfare offices[1][2][4].

• Education and Employment: The association supports young people in developing their own access to education, catching up on school qualifications, and offers special German courses for refugee youth. Additionally, hpkj enables young people without prospects to receive training in the hospitality industry, for example, at the training restaurant "Roecklplatz"[1][2].

• Consultation and Integration: Adults, especially those receiving ALG II, are supported through intensive coaching in their professional and social (re)integration. Furthermore, hpkj provides practical and immediate consultation for adults with a refugee or migration background to promote their social participation[1][2].
