GovMind GmbH is a young and dynamic technology company based in Berlin, specializing in the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of information about innovative solutions for the public sector (GovernmentTech / GovTech).

GovMind has developed a comprehensive and widely used solution with the research platform MIRA, which enables employees in public administration to easily, quickly, and reliably find and procure digital and innovative products. MIRA is Europe's most comprehensive and widely used platform of its kind, with over 2,200 listed European providers and 5,000 products. The platform supports the creation of specifications for the tendering of innovative and digital products, utilizing AI technology in the form of Large Language Models[2][4].

The main mission of GovMind is to make public administration future-proof through the use of innovations. The company believes that society's trust in the state and democracy is closely linked to effective and forward-looking public administration. GovMind works hand in hand with public administrations to enable employees to make efficient and self-determined decisions about the use of the most suitable innovations[3][4].

In October 2024, GovMind was fully acquired by the GovTech group, which had supported the company since May 2022. This acquisition allows GovMind to benefit from the advantages of the group, such as the extensive product portfolio and deep understanding of procurement law, and to further advance its development[4].
