Evangelisches Alten- und Pflegeheim; Ebenhausen
The
The Evangelisches Pflegezentrum Ebenhausen is a traditional care facility with a history dating back to 1905 as a sanatorium and has existed as a modern retirement and nursing center since 1964. It is picturesquely situated above the Isar valley and offers an impressive view of the Alps, nestled in a spacious and quiet park with comfortable relaxation areas, winter gardens, a cafeteria with a terrace, and its own chapel. This environment creates an exceptional quality of life for active and care-dependent seniors who find a new home here.
The center has a total of 158 care places in five residential areas, including 100 inpatient care places on three stations, 44 places for assisted living in one- or two-room apartments, and 48 places in a specially protected residential area ("Sonnenhof") for residents with dementia. All living spaces are comfortably furnished, offer privacy and security features such as emergency call systems, and can be individually designed. The residents of the Sonnenhof enjoy special care in a protected environment that enables movement and social interaction, thus ensuring the highest quality of life despite dementia.
Care at the Evangelisches Pflegezentrum Ebenhausen is holistic and based on close cooperation with general practitioners and specialists as well as external therapists (physio-, occupational and movement therapy). Short-term care places enable flexible care, for example for relatives in time-out phases. The facility is certified according to ISO 9001, certified by excellent ratings from the Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenkassen (MDK) and has been awarded several times as "TOP-Pflegeheim". A pronounced quality management documents the continuous improvement of care and support services.
As a diaconal house, the conscious connection of professional care and human warmth is at the center of the mission. The values of the house include respect, trust, security and the promotion of self-determination and dignity of the residents. The focus is on a home where people can feel understood and comfortable.
The center is also involved in sustainability initiatives. It is a member of the Familienpakt Bayern, which promotes the compatibility of family and work, and is committed to the responsible use of resources, visible through certificates such as the "Grünen Gockel" for environmental management. In addition, it supports transparency and fairness in charitable used clothing collections under the "FairWertung" label.
Overall, the Evangelisches Pflegezentrum Ebenhausen positions itself as a modern, quality-oriented care facility that combines traditional values with advanced care and sustainable action - a place where older people live and are cared for in a warm, safe and appealing environment.
