The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and can be individually designed to create a personal atmosphere.

Bright and spacious common rooms form the center of the residential groups and invite you to linger. A café with a terrace and a spacious green area offer additional opportunities for relaxation and encounters. The residential complex sees itself as a "House of Culture" and, in addition to concerts and readings, also offers suggestions for discovering, inventing and creating. Regular excursions to cultural events in the region complement the offer.

The Ev. Wohnstift Dichterviertel provides care for residents of all care levels, including short-term and respite care, with a special focus on the care of people with dementia. The holistic care approach is based on the psychobiographical model according to Professor Erwin Böhm, in order to preserve a "feeling of home" and their "self-identity" especially for people with dementia. All employees are specially trained in gerontopsychiatry to ensure empathetic and competent care. As part of the Ategris Group, the residential complex offers the highest level of care competence and competent support in health matters. The close cooperation with other Ategris facilities, resident doctors and external partners ensures comprehensive medical care.
