The Erzieherakademie Heilbronn (EAH) is a state-recognized substitute school that has enriched the educational landscape in Heilbronn since 2019. In cooperation with the Dieter-Schwarz-Stiftung and the aim, the EAH offers future-oriented training in the socio-pedagogical field.

The EAH trains prospective educators and socio-pedagogical assistants. The training program includes training as a socio-pedagogical assistant (from 2023), the one-year vocational college for social pedagogy (1BKSP) and the practice-integrated training (PiA) as an educator. The practice-integrated training is characterized by a close interlinking of theory and practice, with the trainees learning both in the academy and gaining practical experience in daycare centers.

The EAH values a diverse and colorful education that optimally prepares students for their profession. A particular advantage is the additional qualifications acquired as part of the practice-integrated training. The school is centrally located on the education campus in Heilbronn and offers modern, well-equipped premises, including seminar rooms with SMART boards, a specialist library, creative and Montessori workshops, and a movement and music room.

The EAH has set itself the goal of helping to shape the future of children and training educators with "head, heart and hand" who enjoy their profession for a lifetime. The satisfaction of the students is the focus, which is evaluated through regular online surveys.
