e-fect is a cooperative dedicated to promoting, further developing, and ensuring the quality of the professional actions and employment of its members. With an environmental psychology background and a clear professional quality standard, we work towards the vision of a sustainable, just, and future-oriented society.

• Dialogue Design and Moderation: Accompanying transdisciplinary projects and sustainability processes through moderation and dialogue support.
• Evaluation: Assessing the benefits, goal achievement, and impact of measures through comprehensive evaluation processes, including the development of impact models and surveying target groups.
• Coaching and Training: Coaching for junior groups in socio-ecological research and training measures on topics such as sustainable mobility, nutrition, zero waste, and biodiversity.
• Process Design: Support in the conception and implementation of projects, including event design and Web 2.0 applications.

• Projects with Greenpeace and Ackerdemia: We support projects such as "Schools for Earth" by Greenpeace and "GemüseKlasse" by Ackerdemia, which work towards climate neutrality and sustainability.
• Socioeconomic Evaluations: We conduct evaluation projects, such as the FINKA project, which develops solutions for pesticide reduction in conventional agriculture.
• Common Good Balance Sheet: We have created an externally audited common good balance sheet that makes our common good-related activities and goals transparent and helps us to continuously improve.

Our actions are characterized by a strong common good orientation. We have summarized our successes and goals in a common good report that highlights our internal co-determination, transparency, ethical financial management, and solidarity with partner companies.
