editThe Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft (EBZ) is a non-profit foundation dedicated to education and training, research and consulting in the housing and real estate industry. As a comprehensive education provider, the EBZ covers a broad spectrum, from vocational training to degree programs to specialized further education and personnel development programs.
The EBZ is divided into various departments, including the EBZ Berufskolleg, the EBZ Akademie and the EBZ Business School. The EBZ Berufskolleg offers training in the field of real estate, while the EBZ Business School offers degree programs for specialists and managers. The EBZ Akademie focuses on personnel development and further education to promote corporate success in the industry.
Another important component of the EBZ is the InWIS research institute, which aims to increase the state of research and knowledge in the housing and real estate industry together with partners from science and practice, and thus advance the future of the industry.
The EBZ is committed to promoting new forms of learning and offers digital educational opportunities. The EBZ4U learning app makes it possible to acquire real estate knowledge "on demand".
The EBZ operates an extensive library with around 20,000 volumes, journals and databases, which serves as a literature and information center for learners, students, members of the EBZ and external interested parties. The library is one of the leading libraries with a focus on housing and real estate in Germany.
The EBZ also offers a conference hotel with event rooms and a campus hotel.
