editThe Chorverband Berlin e.V. is the largest amateur music organization in the capital Berlin and the central forum of the Berlin amateur choir scene. With over 300 ensembles and more than 11,000 members, the association encompasses a diverse range of choir forms, including mixed, male, female, children's, youth, school, senior, and shanty choirs, as well as gospel, pop, and jazz formations, choirs from different cultural backgrounds, cantorias, church and oratorio choirs, as well as instrumental groups and orchestras related to choral singing.
