About Caritas Institut für Bildung und Entwicklung

The Caritas Institut für Bildung und Entwicklung (IBE) designs diverse educational and consulting services aimed at young professionals, experienced professionals, specialists and managers, as well as HR managers. The goal is to create permeable and successive learning paths that meet the individual needs and skills of the participants.

The IBE sees itself as a companion for employees of the Caritasverband der Erzdiözese München und Freising e.V. and other organizations throughout their professional lives. Based on the respective prior knowledge and skills, tailor-made consulting and educational offers are developed.

The range of services includes:

Training: Vocational training in various fields such as social pedagogy, nursing, childcare, curative education and nutrition/care at the associated schools.
Further education: A wide range of further education in the fields of child and youth pedagogy, nursing and health, social work, leadership and management, value orientation and spiritual offers as well as office management and IT.
Akademie der Nationen: Offers for education, promotion of cultural diversity and committee work, especially for migrants and professionals.

The IBE attaches great importance to practical relevance and topicality. The teachers, speakers and lecturers mainly come from practice and are part of a network that is continuously expanded through cooperation with science and other educational institutions. The aim is to provide participants with methods that they can apply directly in their professional lives.

The Caritas Institut für Bildung und Entwicklung strives to contribute to the qualification of specialists in the social field through its educational programs and thus to improve the quality of social work as a whole.
