BlackForest Solutions GmbH is a specialized consulting and service company focused on optimizing and securing waste management in developing and crisis areas. Founded in 2016 by Kevin Negoro Kasih and Sebastian Frisch, both former employees of the ALBA Group, which specialized in international hazardous waste services.

• BlackForest Environment: Here, the international export of hazardous waste is organized to support local waste companies in crisis regions, where often no appropriate capacities are available. This serves as an emergency solution under critical conditions.
• BlackForest Operations: This area includes export and logistics management for clients such as NGOs, environmental ministries, refugee camps, and industrial companies. This includes the safe packaging, licensing, and transport of special waste to partner facilities in Germany and the EU.
• BlackForest Consulting: Here, customized waste management concepts for handling hazardous and medical waste in developing and crisis regions are developed. This includes technical and scientific consulting, feasibility studies, and fundable business plans[2][3].

The main mission of BlackForest Solutions is to provide high-quality disposal strategies even in regions where the infrastructure for disposal and recycling is not yet sufficient.
