Aufstehen gegen Rassismus

"Aufstehen gegen Rassismus" is a broad, nationwide coalition that resolutely opposes racism, discrimination, and extremism. Supported by a variety of organizations, clubs, and committed individuals, the coalition works to promote an open, tolerant, and democratic society.

Our main mission is to combat the normalization of racist and extremist ideologies, particularly through the AfD, and instead strengthen the values of democracy, freedom, and justice. We stand for the principles of diversity, solidarity, and human rights. Our work is based on the unwavering belief that all people are equal, equally valuable, and equally lovable.

• Campaigns and Actions: We organize and support numerous campaigns and actions to raise awareness of racism and racist discrimination and to oppose the AfD and other extremist forces[4].
• Educational and Awareness-Raising Work: Through workshops, networking meetings, and educational programs, we promote understanding and sensitivity towards racist and discriminatory behaviors.
• Networking and Cooperation: With over 60 active and regional groups, we form a strong network that advocates for an inclusive and just society[4].

• Long-Term Change: Our goal is to bring about long-term changes in society by dismantling systematic and institutional forms of discrimination and promoting a culture of tolerance and respect.
• Empowerment of Marginalized Groups: We support and empower marginalized groups, particularly Black people and other communities affected by racist discrimination, through empowerment programs and the promotion of their social participation[2].
• Promotion of Democracy: Through our work, we strengthen democratic structures and values in Germany and oppose all forms of extremism and misanthropy.

We remain committed and will continue to strive for a society where diversity is seen as a strength and every person is treated with dignity and respect. With more strength, more support, and more commitment, we will remain active in the future to achieve our goals and create a better future for all[3].
