
ArbeiterKind.de is a non-profit organization (gGmbH) dedicated to encouraging and supporting young people in Germany who are the first in their families to pursue higher education. The organization promotes educational equity by guiding students from initial study consideration through to career entry. This is achieved through a network of over 80 local groups and several thousand volunteer mentors. All services, including workshops and personal advice, are offered free of charge. ArbeiterKind.de significantly contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals "Quality Education" (SDG 4) and "Reduced Inequalities" (SDG 10).
