The Amadeu-Antonio-Stiftung places great importance on supporting small, local initiatives that often struggle to secure funding. These projects are carried out by dedicated young people and brave adults who become active through workshops, exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, street festivals, counter-protests, educational campaigns, research, and documentation. The foundation also supports victims of right-wing extremist violence through the CURA victim fund, which provides quick and unbureaucratic assistance.

History and Impact

Since its founding, the foundation has supported and accompanied over 1,300 projects. It has evolved from a small organization to a team of over 60 employees, with branches in Jena and Hanover. The foundation has made a name for itself through its work and has received multiple awards, including the Bul le mérite from the Federal Association of German Criminal Investigators.

The Amadeu-Antonio-Stiftung remains an indispensable actor in the fight against hate and exclusion and tirelessly advocates for a just and inclusive society.
