VIERTEL is a non-profit and social entrepreneurial organization with the ambitious goal of making Hamburg the city with the highest quality of life in the world for all people in all 105 districts of the city. Our vision is based on the belief that joint creation and experience of art and culture has a direct impact on the feeling, thinking and acting of people and thus strengthens social exchange and cohesion.

• and Culture: We run two central cultural spaces in Hamburg, the Green Hunter in St. Pauli and the PHOENIX in Altona. These locations curate their own cultural programmes and finance with their proceeds 100% art and cultural promotion in Hamburg. We support and network Hamburg artists, cultural creators, art initiatives and institutions.
• Education: We are committed to innovative educational opportunities for children and young people, with a focus on playful learning, digital and social skills and sustainability. Regular workshops and an open workshop on Mondays are an integral part of our educational work.
• Inclusion: We promote a more inclusive work culture and support people in integrating into the labour market.Our StattTour offers, such as wheelchair tours through the Harbour City, increase visibility and awareness of accessibility.[4][5].
• Environmental sustainability and climate protection: We support activities for climate protection and sustainable urban planning. Part of our efforts is the promotion of sustainable projects and participation in initiatives such as the Green World Tour, which focuses on environmentally friendly ways of life.

105 VIERTEL is continuously working to improve the quality of life in Hamburg through various sustainable initiatives:

• Social entrepreneurship: We start our own initiatives, cooperate with various partners and empower other partners. As a start-up, accelerator and incubator, we bring business and social entrepreneurship together to be effective in the long term.
• Impact Hub Hamburg: In partnership with the Impact Hub Hamburg, we promote sustainable and inclusive innovations. Our community offers networks, content support and structured support for social enterprises and entrepreneurs.
• Community projects: We regularly organise events and workshops ranging from concerts to art workshops to corporate wellbeing days. These events serve to network and exchange within the community and promote healthy, inclusive and sustainable practices.
