Tasks
- Collect and organize student enrollment and registration documents
- Process enrollment certificate and transcript requests
- Create and edit student records in the admissions and registration database
- Answer student inquiries relating to registration, payment, and other administrative matters
- Support University Operations Manager in maintaining student records and providing customer service
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English and German language skills
- Excellent organizational and record management skills
- Great customer service attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases is a plus
- Passion for sustainability, entrepreneurship & technology
