Job requirements

What awaits you

• A dynamic role where you will provide 1st and 2nd level support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

• Responsibility for managing and maintaining company devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals.

• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications across iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS.

• Engagement in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site.

• The opportunity to administer user accounts, access permissions, and IT security protocols.

• Involvement in maintaining IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other IT-related assets.

• Oversight of provisioning and configuring new devices and systems to ensure seamless operations.

• Participation in deploying software updates, patches, and rollouts.

• Collaboration with internal teams to address and resolve IT-related challenges.

• A role where documenting technical issues, solutions, and FAQs to enhance the knowledge base is valued.

What you bring

• You are an enrolled student in computer science or a related field of study.

• Ideally, you have gained hands-on experience in IT support and are available to work 20 hours per week.

• You are excited to work in an international team and possess good English communication skills.

• You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement, both for yourself and the team.

• You have a hands-on mentality, with a "get-things-done" attitude and a drive to solve problems efficiently.

• You make decisions quickly and confidently, always considering the risks and rewards.
