Intro
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Working Student for Business Improvement & Strategic Projects to support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects. The role involves project management, data analysis, communication tasks, and supporting the energy transition towards renewable energy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for renewable energy, be a Bachelor or Master's student in fields like Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analysis/IT, with experience in MS Office, PowerBI, and strong problem-solving skills. Tasks
- Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects
- Taking over cross-functional project management and communication tasks
- Handling ad-hoc management requests according to business needs
- Working with data to create dashboards and develop reporting standards
- Drafting internal communication to inform the team about specific news and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis/IT, or similar fields
- Proof of student status required
- Relevant experience from previous internships or working student positions is a plus
- MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English; German language skills would be an advantage
