Your tasks
- You maintain and enhance the company’s existing WordPress websites, implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the websites’ security and optimal performance.
- You leverage your advanced frontend development skills to create responsive, high-performance web applications. You develop custom features and interfaces that extend beyond the standard capabilities of WordPress.
- You design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces ensuring an optimal user experience across all devices.
- You collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and develop creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- You serve as the primary contact for external service providers, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- You conduct thorough testing of web solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and design.
- You assist in updating and managing website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- You maintain detailed documentation of development processes, design iterations, and website updates.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, WordPress development and UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- You are fluent in both German and English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Additional language skills are a plus.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
