Maintain and enhance the company’s existing WordPress websites
Implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the websites’ security and optimal performance
Create responsive, high-performance web applications using advanced frontend development skills
Develop custom features and interfaces that extend beyond the standard capabilities of WordPress
Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces ensuring an optimal user experience across all devices
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to understand requirements and develop creative solutions
Serve as the primary contact for external service providers
Conduct thorough testing of web solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and design
Assist in updating and managing website content
Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, design iterations, and website updates

Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in frontend development, WordPress development and UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
