- Supporting program management activities such as monitoring and evaluation
Requirements
- (Post-graduate) degree in finance/business/international development or equivalent
- Professional working experience in impact investing/finance/social entrepreneurship/business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Curiosity, drive, and confidence in working in a remote cultural context
- Additional experience in living/working/traveling in developing countries, fluency in other languages, financial modeling, interest in Asian startup and impact investing ecosystem, knowledge/experience in impact measurement & management for impact investing, knowledge/experience in carbon finance initiatives
