Dive into the Business Environment:
- Support our financial accounting and controlling team in preparing and analyzing individual and consolidated financial statements, developing budgets and forecasts, and implementing innovative finance systems that will further digitize our processes.

- Own key accounting processes and controls while leading subprojects aimed at digitizing our finance department. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage real projects that contribute directly to our goals.

Your Skills
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Accounting, Financial Controlling, or a related field, having completed at least four semesters. Prior experience in finance teams is a plus and will enhance your understanding of our operations.
Technical Know-How:
- You possess a foundational understanding of financial statement preparation (HGB, US-GAAP, or IFRS) and have solid Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous and will help you quickly adapt to our systems.
Work Methodology:
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and projects.
Personal Attributes:
- You have an analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality, with a strong team-oriented spirit that enables you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Language Proficiency:
- You possess excellent communication skills in both English and German, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Start Date:
- We are flexible, but ideally, we would like you to join us by January 2025.
