Intro
ProCredit is an international group of development-oriented commercial banks for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We are seeking a motivated Transaction Banking and Trade Finance Specialist for our Group MSME department in Frankfurt am Main.
Tasks
- Coordinate and enhance the group’s business potential in Payments & Cash Management solutions for MSME clients across markets
- Promote and manage trade finance products, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections
- Coordinate standardized support for local PCBs to strengthen FOREX linked to MSME transactions
- Analyze payment data to identify trends, optimize processes and ensure efficient, compliant transaction monitoring
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for trade finance products and services
- Prepare detailed reports on MSME transactions, payments, and trade finance activities
Requirements
- A university degree in business administration or a similar subject
- 3+ years of work experience in cross-border remittances, banking, fintech or payments industry
- Knowledge of payment systems, schemes, and structures is desirable
- Proven experience in building organizational relationships and partnering with executive leadership
- Exposure to international payments, foreign exchange, cash management, settlement, and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executives, peers, and staff
- Ability to evolve in a complex matrix environment and to operate with complete independence and autonomy
- An excellent command of English in speaking and writing
