What you will do

Analysis and identification of promising technologies and research results of the HHI
-
Selection and implementation of suitable technologies, software architectures, and tools
-
Integration of user feedback and market data into technological development
-
Evaluation of technical feasibility and potential for marketable products and solutions
-
Prototyping and implementation in MVPs (minimal viable products) and scalable systems
-
Carrying out technology tests and validation processes to ensure marketability
-
Interdisciplinary collaboration: collaboration with product venture developers for product realization
-
Development of technological roadmaps for the long-term scaling and further development of products
What you bring to the table
-
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
-
Experience in the development and implementation of technological solutions, ideally in a start-up or innovation environment
-
Sound knowledge in the development and integration of prototypes, software architectures, and IT systems
-
Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and implementing complex projects
-
Strong skills in leading technical teams and managing innovation processes
-
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
-
Confident working in dynamic environments with a focus on efficiency and prioritizing parallel projects

Your contract at the Fraunhofer HHI is limited to 2 years. An extension is explicitly desired.
The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
