Join our team as a Technical Assistant to the CTO and contribute to a future without fossil fuels by supporting innovative energy solutions.

Act as a technical sparring partner to the CTO for new ideas and initiatives
Demonstrate a profound understanding of technical concepts and apply this knowledge effectively in various tasks, projects and meetings
Oversee task distribution and organization of our R&D team, ensuring efficient project management and timely completion of assignments
Assist our R&D team with hypothesis-driven research and contribute to important decisions in our product roadmap by bringing in your analytical strengths

Top of your class at a renowned university, e.g. in engineering, applied physics, or similar
Track record of exceptional engagement and results (incl. university, social initiatives)
Strong experience working in Engineering teams (preferably in the field of process technology)
Relevant work experience in a high-performance environment
Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically
Genuine interest in and curiosity about sustainability tech
Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and control
Proficient English and German
