Develop comprehensive documentation for internal and external use, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles, to support our products and empower users. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and QA specialists to understand product requirements and user needs and create text content that fulfils those needs Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that content and design are aligned and contribute to a cohesive user experience. Manage the localisation and translation of UX text content for international audiences In addition to your completed studies in journalism, technical writing, UX design, or a related field, you have practical experience as a UX writer, technical writer, content strategist, or in a similar role in a SaaS software company or digital product environment. You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (German is an advantage), with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise content. You can understand complex technical concepts and explaining them in simple terms You have a deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and inclusive design. You are competent in using content management systems (CMS), version control systems (e.g., Git), and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). Proficiency I using Figma is advantageous. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
