- Willingness to travel for training courses at various locations, both in Germany and abroad.
- Reliable with a high sense of responsibility for the safety of participants during and after training sessions.
- Strong communication, moderation, and enthusiasm skills with the ability to work under pressure and a high level of customer orientation.
- Strong user skills in MS Office programmes and ideally good IT skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
