    Your responsibilities

    • You analyze and understand customer specifications and needs and propose solutions based on Quest One’s products
    • You prepare high quality proposals that meet customer and end-user requirements and communicate Quest One’s value proposition
    • You'll work closely with sales managers, engineering and other support departments to:
      • Structure proposal preparation and submission
      • Coordinate and challenge the technical proposal
      • Coordinate, challenge, and validate the proposal
      • Align with external partners (e.g. EPC partners)
    • You present proposals to customers together with sales managers, gathering feedback and responding to technical clarifications
    • You participate in negotiations with customers and partners to close deals
    • You hand over to Project Execution, once you won the contract
    • You capitalise on lessons learned in the bidding, negotiation and execution phases

    What you bring

    • You have a degree in engineering
    • You will have several years of experience with large industrial process plants in plant design or operation and / or execution of EPC projects, preferably in the field of renewable energy and industrial gases
    • You have proven technical, commercial and contractual expertise
    • You will have experience as a technical sales manager, technical sales engineer, sales application engineer or sales project manager
    • You have knowledge of hydrogen markets and applications or interest in green hydrogen
    • You have intercultural skills
    • You have project management skills
    • You are a proactive person, able to work independently and responsibly
    • You are a good communicator and team player
    • You are fluent in English, advanced knowledge of German, knowledge of Arabic, French and Spanish is an advantage
