Define and document technical & non-technical requirements for new features and product improvements.
Collaborate within the product and growth team on defining the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications.
Manage and deliver technical projects & product features on time and within budget.
Collaborate with developers to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
Write and maintain clear and concise documentation to support efficient workflows.
Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the quality of our technical processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in software development (especially Apple Store connect & Google Play) and project management.

At least 4-5 years of experience in a technical field related to B2C or B2B products (backend, frontend, mobile development, and product management).
Worked at least 3 years as a developer or has a degree in computer science or similar.
Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Enjoy working collaboratively with developers, our product team and other team members.
Have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Fluent in English (German is a plus!).
