Your Responsibilties

• You lead the technical subproject in the development of electrolysis systems
• You are responsible for meeting the subproject goals in engineering
• You integrate all technical sub-disciplines and modules and facilitate decision-making processes
• You develop validation plans for electrolyzers
• You assess technical risks and lead root cause investigation
• You advise during the preparation of the specifications, prepare and agree on the specifications in response to the technical requirements of the specifications, and prepare specifications for sub-systems (modules)
• You have functional authority over assigned WPOs (cross-functional leadership) and plan requirements for assigned teams in engineering in coordination with overall project management

What You Bring

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study
• You have several years of experience in the development of complex industrial products and systems; ideally, you have experience in the field of electrolysis
• You are an initiator with a high degree of independence and responsibility
• You have experience in project management
• You are comfortable in making decisions
• Your English level is fluent, and German is an advantage but not a must
• You have strong organizational, coordination and communication skills and act as a team player
• You have strong assertiveness and negotiation skills
