- handle technical inquiries and complaints from national and international customers in the office (telephone and e-mail support for technical customer inquiries) and take over customer advisory services
- set up and maintain a support ticket system
- are responsible for error analysis and correction
- maintain customer documentation in our ERP/CRM system
- monitor and maintain the company's IT system
- monitor, maintain and develop our cloud infrastructure
- identify and analyze customer needs and communicate them to the product development and marketing team
- work closely with the sales team and support them in sales activities
What you bring to the team - you...
- have completed vocational training or a degree in the technical field
- have a very good knowledge of German; a good knowledge of English is desirable
- enjoy customer contact and have knowledge of ticket systems
- have experience in customer service/support and maintain a professional approach to customers
- have knowledge in deployment and operation of cloud-based software
- ideally you have experience with CRM/ERP systems
- work in a structured and independent manner
- have project management skills and a good understanding of processes
